Sports and Mobility Yoga
Currently offering an online 30 minute class via zoom.
The class will start with calming breath work, then ease through as series of yoga postures to increase mobility, and strength to balance training and finishes with relaxing still poses to appreciate all the good work you’ve put into your body.
Beneficial to all, but particularly those who are stiff from training, those who hold tension in their bodies (parents i’m talking about you!) and those who sit at a desk all day for work.
Sundays 7.30- 8.00pm
